Birthday Parade

 

I'm a huge fan of Di's Digital Stamps and Micey's Parade is one of my favorites!

I colored this image with Copic markers.

I used a stitched circle die from Kat Scrappiness and a lacey circle die

from Spellbinders.

I added a couple bows using twine from Stampin' Up and Lawn Fawn.

The tag is from Mama Elephant Mini Messages Tag Set.

And...I couldn't pass up using a little Wink of Stella on the flags.
